Salary: 50,000 USD for full-time
You will join a small, dedicated team to design, shape, and lead the upcoming iterations of the International Farm Animal Welfare Fellowship, building on existing foundations to take the fellowship to the next level.
The ideal candidate for this position will be enthusiastic and self-driven with the ability to execute ideas independently and think laterally to solve problems. You will have strong time management skills to thrive in a remote work environment and some experience in overseeing projects to completion. You will be passionate about helping others succeed and building supportive, resilient communities.
Work alongside the coordinator to lead the development and implementation of the fellowship program
Lead fellow recruitment, program design, and administration of the fellowship program
Form relationships with key stakeholders in the field including guests of the fellowship program
Work collaboratively with our fiscal sponsor to distribute grants to promising individuals working on farm animal welfare
Establish and maintain healthy community norms
Oversee budgets, financial expenditure, and record-keeping
Maintain strong relationships with funding partners and provide 6-month progress reports
Identify strategic opportunities to further the objectives of the fellowship program
